Our mission

Sobriety is easier to keep when housing isn't the thing at risk.

We believe recovery holds when people have somewhere stable, affordable, and substance-free to live, and a community that expects the best of them. Every OASE house is built around that idea: clear standards, honest accountability, and neighbors walking the same road.

Who we serve

Three populations, one standard of care.

People in recovery

Structured, peer-supported homes for adults who are serious about staying sober and rebuilding a stable life after treatment or incarceration.

Seniors

Affordable, quiet, substance-free housing for older adults who want dignity, companionship, and neighbors who look out for one another.

Veterans

Housing for veterans seeking an affordable sober environment, with camaraderie and connections to veteran-specific benefits and services.

Housing

Homes that feel like homes, not facilities.

Shared houses in ordinary neighborhoods, with private or semi-private rooms, common kitchens, and rent set to be reachable on a recovery-stage income. Residents keep a sober household through weekly meetings, chore rotations, and random testing.

  • Affordable, all-inclusive weekly or monthly rent
  • House standards written down and applied evenly
  • Peer support and a resident house lead
  • Help connecting to work, benefits, and treatment

Community centers

A place to belong on the days that are hard.

Our community centers are open to residents and neighbors alike: recovery meetings, veteran and senior groups, meals, job help, and simple company. Housing keeps people safe; community keeps them here.
